Ingredients
  • One bowl of cooked white rice
  • Half pound of pork
  • Bbq sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber/carrot pickle (please see link for how to make it from scratch)
  • Sweet and sour sauce (please see link for how to make it from scratch)
  • Green onion
  • Salt, sugar, chicken powder, garlic powder
  • Instructions
  • Start off with pork, add pork into a bowl and add some salt, sugar, chicken powder, and the bbq sauce in
  • Add a little bit of minced garlic into the mix, let the pork sit for at least 4 hrs
  • After 4 hours, you can fry or grill as you like, but we suggest you grill if you don’t want to have a lot of fat on the pork
  • Grill pork for at least 15 mins and let it cook until it turns golden brown
  • When pork is ready, we can set it on a side and slide it into small pieces later
  • Next, mix two eggs in a small bowl, add a little bit of salt and then fry it as usual.
  • Once it cooks, slide it into small pieces as shown below.
  • Now the main ingredients are ready, we can go ahead and set a plate.
  • Bring a new plate, add rice in and then add pork along with eggs on top
  • Pickle and sweet and sour are must to include.
  • Add a little bit of chile paste in will bring the flavor to another level
  • The rice with grilled pork now is ready. Enjoy your breakfast!
